They can go from the simply romantic to the silly!

Roses are red,
Violets are blue;
On this great day,
I'm thinking of you!

Roses are red,
Violets are blue;
I know you're so sweet,
I wrote this poem just for you!

Roses are red,
Violets are blues;
This poem should rhyme,
But I'm not sure how!
