Mr Lincoln, dark red hybrid tea rose

I love the Lincoln Rose. It's a perfect shade of red and it smells like a rose very strongly. I've seen the floribunda version only.

I love the scent. It's great in potpourri.

***Edit Note: The Mr Lincoln rose (also knows as Mister)is a dark red, large flowered Hybrid Tea. I'm not aware of a Floribunda by that name.

It is extremely well perfumed - a strong Damask type fragrance. There is also a climbing sport. Mr Lincoln is very prolific, easy to grow, and very vigorous. ***
