Lavender Roses

Lavender roses offer a unique color for your garden. Light purple is always a nice calming addition.

Historically, this color has had a slightly different meaning than regular purple. Lavender can mean enchantment. Many people have often confused some of these types as being blue, so they definitely have an air of mystery or wonder around them.

Here are some of the more popular varieties:

Angel Face:  This may be the most popular for this color. A great looking floribunda with a light fruity scent. Some people call this more of a mauve, but I can see the lavender in it.

Blue Moon: Some people call this a blue color, but really I think it is more lavender. Its definitely a cool talking point for your garden.
