Alister Stella Gray is my very special favorite rose , with her graceful habit of falling noisette blooms and a scent that is soft and romantic . She blooms all the way through to Autumn . If you love roses you wont go past Alister Stella Gray once you have seen her in her full splendour .

editors note. This rose was my first introduction to the noisettes. i had a bush growing up and around the bedroom window...I believe it was over 60 years old.

Yet it bloomed prolifically every year, and the whole garden would be perfumed on a warm summers evening.

Anyone thinking of trying the rose, I recommend it! Definitely one of my all time favorites.
