Tequila Sunrise Rose

Tequila Sunrise is an award winning rose, and it's not hard to see why. I love roses that change color on the petals, the way this does. Not a great deal of fragrance, however. These roses look spectacular when mass planted.

  • Class: Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea / Large-Flowered
  • Availability: Commercially available
  • aka: Beaulieu (hybrid tea, Dickson, 1988)
  • Origin: Bred in Ireland (1988) by Colin Dickson
  • Bloom: Red blend [rb], red edge, yellow and red blooms. Mild fragrance. Blooms in flushes throughout the season
  • Habit: Height of 30" to 32" (75 to 80 cm). Width of up to 24". (up to 60 cm)
  • Parentage: Bonfire Night x Freedom (hybrid tea, Dickson, 1984)
